Karen is a great, supportive trainer. She assessed my fitness level at our first meeting. She designed exercises to improve both my fitness and strength. Karen knows how to use a variety of exercises to address my specific goals and to keep the training interesting. She challenges me to improve while respecting my limitations.
I'm 61 with a recent leg amputation. It was imperative that I build strength to be able to manage a prosthetic. I'm in my 9th week of 4/5 days-a-week workouts. Karen has been a gift. Karen is skilled physical trainer. I had arthritis in my knees, she did other exercises so my knees didn't hurt at all. The stretching routine in the last minutes of the hour felt so good. I highly recommend Karen.🙏
